Paul Avila founded Pauly’s Project 12 years ago, inspired by his journey as the father of Pauly, a young boy who is blind, autistic, and nonverbal. As CEO, Paul’s passion and dedication have driven the growth of the organization, from a small, family-run initiative into a transformative force for individuals experiencing barriers to housing and employment.
